Video Conferencing Reseller partnerships with VC-Techs
VC-Techs supplies professional services to the re-seller community in Europe and the Americas and is enabling these companies to supply services in countries where they do not have local presence.
Reseller engagement example:
An American Video Conferencing reseller had a US client that had an office in Paris. The client wanted a wall mounted VTC system with a camera in all of its international offices.
VC-Techs were asked to supply local project co-ordination and installation services for the reseller within forty eight hours. VC-Techs arranged the installation time within this timescale and ensured the end-user had the correct network services in place and were utilising the most suitable room in the office.
A pre-sales site survey was not possible due to the timescales for the project and the wall was found not to be suitable for a 50” plasma. VC-Techs supplied the required wall re-enforcement for the solution and ensured the installation was professionally executed.
As VC-Techs supply local service resource, the training was done in French at a suitable time after the installation was signed off by a satisfied customer.

Distribution Company engagement example:
A pan-European Unified Communications Distribution company required assistance with one of their resellers infrastructure projects. The reseller did not have the resources to complete the project in the timescales required by their client and required a senior infrastructure installation engineer to install a Video Conferencing bridge, Gateway and Software management system in London.
VC-Techs supplied services to complete this project within the timescales required and allowed the reseller to develop the account even further to supply more international endpoints, which VC-Techs installed throughout the Americas.
