Local Support Coordination
- Local confirmation of support sites readiness for a support visit
- Includes: Confirmation of fault symptom, the Replacement Product delivery (If requested) and available room access
- Booking of support date in local language
- Re-Confirmation of fault symptoms
- Implementation of diagnostic methodology plan
- Testing outgoing and incoming calls and any management tools with the clients allocated support service
- Ensuring the room is left clean and tidy
- Technical support contact information handover
Support Handover and Client Sign Off
- Client hand over
- Completion of support sign off documentation
- Completed support (with Live Video call or system operational) pictures
- Client Sign off and support picture handover
