System and Room Audits

VC-techs supplies room and system audit services to the VC, UC and AV channel to allow a professional install of Visual Collaboration, Audio Visual or Digital Signage solutions. The service offers a comprehensive site visit and report to allow our clients to supply an accurate specification and price for their installation project.

The surveys can be for system audits to replace or integrate existing technology; or room audits to confirm the suitability of a room for VC or AV. We can use your existing survey forms or use our own bespoke forms.

The Video Conferencing End-Point & Unified Communication Installation service includes the following services from receiving the service order to the installation through to the presentation of the client sign off.

Local Project Coordination

Installation

  • Ensuring the cable routes are managed and contained appropriately
