Local Project Coordination

• Local confirmation of install sites readiness for an installation visit
• Includes: Network availability, Room environment compatibility, Product delivery and available room access
• Resource and material tracking
• Booking of install date in local language

Installation

• Unpacking of the videoconferencing or Collaboration solution
• Connecting all components
• Programming network ID numbers and configurations
• Testing outgoing/incoming calls and any management tools with the clients allocated support service
• Programming any requested pre-sets and set-ups
• Ensuring the cable routes are managed and contained appropriately
• Ensuring the installation room is left clean and tidy

Basic User Instruction

• System solution start-up and management instructions
• User etiquette if applicable
• Making and receiving a call confirmation
• Familiarisation with features and functions
• Controlling instructions of any peripheral technology (Camera, Microphone or Management tools)
• Optimising audio and video quality assessment
• Technical support contact information handover

Installation Handover and Client sign off
